Past Positions

Director of Organizational Development Consulting
Psychological Associates
June 2011 – April 2015

At Psychological Associates, I partnered with client organizations to improve the science of human behavior in the workplace. As an assessing psychologist, I assisted with increasing the reliability and validity of hiring practices through individual-level assessments. This included interpreting cognitive, personality, and leadership measures, paired with executive interviews, to glean job-relevant KSAOs to assist the  clients in finding the right person for the position.

I oversaw our Surveys & Feedback department, providing strategic growth and visibility to our clients with many exciting projects on the horizon. We utilized beneficial 360-degree evaluations and using the Dimensional Model, PA is able to provide information and feedback on not just what executives do, but how they do it – the strategies they employ. PA also has many other survey tools to assess at the organizational level, such as employee opinion surveys.

At Psychological Associates, the consulting services are vast. I worked with partner psychologists regularly on ventures such as executive coaching and development, organizational profile studies, employee feedback training, performance appraisal system validation, statistical analyses, and test development and research.
